What would you rather? An average lineup with no clashes or an amazing lineup with heaps of clashes?

The New Year’s festivals and sideshows are now a thing of the past, which can only mean one thing: Laneway Festival is coming to town! After a week of mild controversy, resulting from the quiet removal of notorious alt-figure and musician Kirin J Callinan from the lineup, festival organisers have today released the set times, maps, an updated Laneway app and, most importantly, announced after parties in Sydney and Melbourne ahead of next weekend’s festivities.

If you had even just the slightest slither of hope that this would be your year, a year of clash-free partying in the sun, allow me to be the bearer of bad news.

Fortunately, with an incredible lineup, comes A-grade after party lineups. If you so choose to kick on, you’ll be able to catch the likes of Bonobo, Harvey Sutherland (DJ set) and Hiatus Kaiyote (DJ set) in Melbourne, and BADBADNOTGOOD, Kllo (DJ set), Alex Cameron (DJ set) and Flexmami in Sydney.

Select your city to check out the set times here or download the app. See you there!
