Shrewsbury native Zach Said first caught the attention of the BBC’s emerging artist spotlight program, BBC Introducing, in 2015 with his debut single “Screw Loose”. His first offerings were quickly picked up for radio, leading to the 24-year-old performing a killer set at Glastonbury.
He’s since been signed to Sony Music partners Insanity Records, and toured alongside top guns Anderson .Paak, Bleachers and Kodaline. “No Love” is the first taste of Said’s forthcoming EP, which is set to feature production fingerprints from Shy FX. The cut is RnB gold, garnished with gutsy rock licks and Said’s own soulful vocals. It’s a bold first taste of a record that we’re sure will be a staple summer jam.
